Sales Executive – Building Material 

Qualifications:
– Max. 35 years old.
– Hold a Diploma degree from any major.
– Conversational level English.
-Has 1 year experience as Sales Executive in the related field.
-Has experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with companies (principals).
– Have extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and end users.
– Sales goal oriented focus.
– Able to work with a team and independently.
– Computer literate.
– Have strong leadership, active, good communication, and negotiation skills.
-Willing to be placed in Bekasi Utara.

Responsibility:
– Responsible for the sales function.
– Document and review new and ongoing projects to ensure that the company is able to meet customer demands.
– Report every result of customer visits and routine activities to superiors periodically.
– Make offers to customers.
– Ensure the delivery of customer orders according to customer requests.
– Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding order requirements or specifications.
