What We’re Looking For:
– Graduate from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.20
– Preferably from Information Technology, Mathematics, or other exact majors related to IT
– Open for fresh graduates with Internship experience or IT-related projects
– Or max. 1,5 years of work experience in IT field
– Preferably have basic knowledge and skills in project management
– Strong strategic thinking, critical, and analytical skills
– Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
– Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
– Reliable and responsible
– Have a good integrity
– Curious and open to challenges
PLUS: If you’re familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
What Will You Do:
– Running project according to SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and CISTs (Cost, Information, Schedule and Technology)
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with users
– Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
– Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation
– Collaborate with end-users and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
– Represent the team in strategic discussions with stakeholder
– Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
