– Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
– Has strong knowledge in startups, tech companies, Saas companies.
– Proven experience with minimum 4 years of experience in business development and partnership with Retail, Finance or FMCG companies.
– Experience in strategic partnership, B2B Sales, and sales presentation.
– Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data through various dashboards.
– Experience with all Buyers/ Reseller/ Agents, especially with a good connection with micro, small, medium size stores (MSMEs).
– Creative mind and want to go extra miles to bring significant growth.
– Driven and outgoing personality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise sales (tech industry with SaaS, PaaS, or laaS products and platforms are more desirable).
• Proven track record in closing enterprise deals in previous roles/company.
• Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to diverse, technical, and non-technical audiences.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN
As a Product Management Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our product team through various stages of the product development lifecycle.

• Currently pursuing or Fresh Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong interest in user research, data analysis, and product optimization.
• Interest in Financial Technology products.
• Understanding the basic tools for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Redash) and user research (e.g., survey platforms, usability testing tools, user interview).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Committed for 3 – 6 months internship period.
